Nickel-based solid-solution strengthened superalloy
Core characteristics:
Excellent oxidation resistance (long-term service up to 800-850°C)
High thermal stability and good hot corrosion resistance
Superior cold formability and thermal fatigue resistance
Moderate high-temperature strength (lower than precipitation-hardened alloys)
Processing performance:
Hot working: Optimal forging/rolling at 1150-1200°C; avoid working below 900°C.
Cold working: Excellent formability (suitable for deep drawing, spinning); anneal after severe deformation.
Heat treatment: Requires solution treatment (1050-1200°C, rapid cooling); no aging needed (solid-solution alloy).
Welding:
Supports TIG, MIG, resistance welding, and brazing.
Post-weld annealing (1050-1150°C) recommended to restore corrosion resistance.
Product forms:
Plates, sheets, strips, tubes, wires, forgings (blades/structural parts), and fabricated components.
