Impressive hardness levels ranging from 55-60 Rockwell C and remarkable strength reaching the heights of 260-300KSI.

Thanks to this unparalleled blend of properties, MP35N® proves its versatility across diverse industries such as oil & gas, aerospace, and medical fields. Its resilience at cryogenic temperatures is unmatched, ensuring no embrittlement, while also maintaining its superior properties at temperatures soaring up to 600°F. Ideally suited for medical implants and orthodontic/prosthetic devices, MP35N® provides an impeccable solution where durability and reliability are paramount.

Exhibiting an impressive resistance to corrosion from most mineral acids, hydrogen sulfide, and seawater environments, MP35N® also stands out for its exceptional resistance to stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement, even when subjected to high strength conditions. NACE MR0175 endorses hardness levels up to 51 HRC for material that has been enhanced through one of the work strengthening and aging processes outlined in the below table.
