Incoloy 804 is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy specifically designed for excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature stability, suitable for harsh sulfide, oxidizing and reducing environments. Its chemical composition is mainly nickel (39-43%), chromium (28-31%) and iron (surplus), supplemented by aluminium (0.15-0.6%), titanium (≤1.2%) and copper (≤0.5%). By precisely controlling the contents of carbon (≤0.10%) and other trace elements, the comprehensive performance of the material has been optimized.
