Product Description

K465 is a Ni-based precipitation hardening equiaxed crystal casting superalloy, strengthened by the addition of aluminum, titanium, and significant tungsten elements to form precipitation strengthening phases. It is suitable for use at temperatures below 1050ºC. The K465 alloy exhibits high-temperature strength up to 1050ºC and excellent heat-resistant corrosion performance. It possesses superior casting performance, allowing for the production of complex precision castings. This alloy is suitable for manufacturing gas turbine guide vanes operating below 1050ºC, turbine working blades below 1000ºC, and integral turbine guide assemblies. K465 is used to produce critical components in aerospace engines, including turbine blades, guide vanes, and integral guide structures. It also finds applications in high-temperature components for energy and chemical industries. Equivalent grades: ЖC6У (Russia).
