Through advanced production techniques, including vacuum induction melting and vacuum arc re-melting (VIM-VAR), it achieves impressive hardness levels of up to 55-60 Rockwell C and boasts strength levels soaring as high as 260-300KSI, further enhanced by work hardening and aging.

This exquisite combination of properties renders MP35N® indispensable across diverse industries such as oil and gas, aerospace, and medical sectors. Its aptitude for operation at cryogenic temperatures without embrittlement, alongside the ability to maintain exceptional properties up to 600°F, makes it ideal for medical implants, orthodontic, and prosthetic devices. MP35N® sets a benchmark in versatility and reliability, ensuring robust performance across challenging conditions.

MP35N® exhibits extraordinary resistance to corrosion from most mineral acids, hydrogen sulfide, and seawater environments. It shines with its excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and hydrogen embrittlement, even when subjected to high strength levels. In compliance with NACE MR0175, it accommodates hardness up to 51 HRC, achieved through meticulous work strengthening and aging processes, as outlined in the accompanying table.
